Any woman above the age of 18 years who buys any of the following appliances may enroll:

Even if any member of your family buys any of the products mentioned above, he/she may nominate the name of any female above the age of 18 years who can become a member
Magiclub membership is currently available only in the cities of Delhi & Ncr, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Calcutta, Cochin.

How do I become a member? |

It’s simple—just fill up the enrolment form available at participating Whirlpool dealers, at the time of purchase and handover the completely filled form to the Whirlpool Retail Executive present there. Please note, there is no other valid way of enrolling. Incomplete forms or those carrying wrong, invalid or misrepresented information are liable to be rejected, without assigning any reason.

When do I get my permanent card? |
| |
You should get you permanent Membership Card and Member Booklet through mail within 3 weeks of enrolling—that Card, duly signed on the reverse, must be shown on demand, at all instances to be eligible for enjoying benefits and privileges. Meanwhile, you may use the Temporary Card that is a part of the Enrolment Form, everytime you purchase a Whirlpool appliance or accessory in the interim.

How long is my membership valid? |

Membership is normally valid for 2 years. However, membership is offered at the discretion of Whirlpool, and maybe cancelled anytime without notice, for reasons of misrepresentation of facts at the time of enrolment or later, fraudulent or misuse of benefits and privileges, or any other reason.

How do I become eligible for renewal of my membership? |

To be eligible for renewal of membership, you must have earned at least 500 points per year during the first two years of membership.

Can I refer my family members for a Referral Discount? |
| |
No. Family members staying at the same address as yours cannot avail of the Referral Benefit. However, you may pass on the Coupon/s to anyone else, including friends and relatives anywhere in India.

Your family members, defined as spouse and dependants staying at the same address as yours, are eligible to use your card. However, the points will only be credited to your account.

A member buys a valid Whirlpool appliance from any participating dealer (presently the same as those valid for enrolment, mentioned in point 1 above) |

How do I check my point's status? |

Members will get Points Updates regularly in the mail. You may additionally opt to receive your Points Update on email. In due course, you will be able to check your points status on our website http://magiclub.whirlpoolindia.com

How do I redeem points I have earned? |
| |
Once you’ve earned the minimum number of points required for redemption (see point below), you may redeem them for any item displayed in the Member Booklet. You may send in your request in writing, on a Redemption Request Form (enclosed in the Member Booklet), through email redemption@whirlpoolmagiclub.com giving details of the item required and your membership number, |

Do I need to earn a minimum number of points before I can redeem? |

You need to accumulate a minimum of 500 points before you can start redeeming them. |
